I designed, printed, and packaged my own stickers to promote my Instagram page by placing them at different local business registers. One of the locations was the Eaton Hotel gift boutique in downtown D.C. It just so happened that the owners of the gift boutique were hosting an art show named Samasama. They liked my art and extended an invite to be part of their show. I knew right away I wanted to showcase a series of mine that would definitely represent the DC area. It was a huge personal success, and an honor to be in a show with amazing local Washingtonian artists. I was able to gain a decent amount of new followers and make a profit!
